Being able to eloquently speak in public is often considered to be an art form that takes practice and skill. While speaking, it is also important to be able to respond to and engage the audience. An individual can be a natural born speaker, but for someone else it can take tremendous amounts of practice and preparation.

In your initial post, state a public speaking skill that you personally feel the need to work on. Be sure to include why you feel the need to develop this skill further.

Public speaking skills help in may situations in our life such as when career advancement where we need the ability to speak and to get the work done.Leader should have a public speaking skills whether they are a business head or a politician whatever they may work they should have public speaking skills.

When I am speaking with public I cannot just go with the flow of words and sometimes I verbally crunch the words which result in awkwardness in my part and people may know that iam nervous.I love to speak in public but when iam nervous during the starting point in the presentation I verbally crunch the words.So I would love to develop the skills to talk normally without making grammer mistakes and using sounds which are not necessary.
