Coaching represents educating the patient or any other people about a special topic. In health care the topic may be a disease or a drug.

2. There is proberb that "prevention is better than cure". Preventing a disease is disease is better than curing a disease with medications. One can avoid diseases by practing healthy life style, keeping hygenic environment, practing safe sex, eating coocked vegetables, avoiding OTC medications etc,

3. The disease can be prevented in many ways some of such ways are providing health education to the people about the diseases, etiology and their risk factors. Provide vaccinations to prevent diseases like hepatitis, malaria, tuberculosis etc,.

6. Many patients show incompliance with the medications they take. There is need to say about the compliance of medications and the benefits of the medication course completeness to the patient or any other people. The coaching involves drug use, side effects, and contraindications. It mainly inolves what are the problems or risks he get if he not complete the course of treatment . For example if the antibiotic course is not completed then the bacteria will get resistant to the drug.

7. By the help of coaching the patient will get fear about the incompleteness of the course of medications. And also understand the use and benefits of medications he is using. We can check the patients medication adherence by using scales like morisky medication adherence scale etc,.

8. The needs of each patient will be different. But, the patients has to take medications regularly without failing, he should develop healthy life style and keep the surroundings clean. The patient should spend more time with the family and loved one's. He should avoid being alone.
