Answer #1

Answer: Due to increase in the population there is also an increase in the cultural diversity. Many patients are from different cultures and they have their own beliefs. Identifying the patient about their culture can be only done by communication. Due to large diversity it is not that much easy to remember all the cultural differences but with the help of communication with the patient as well as his family, it becomes easy to learn about their culture and beliefs. This also makes treating patients better.

Many of the healthcare professionals are being trained regarding cultural competence which allows them to perform better work for the patients. The most basic method to learn or know about the culture difference is communication. Communication removes the barrier of any kind of mis- conceptions. They have their own moral values that we should respect and treat them so that they may not hurt. The Communication lead us to win the trust of the patient.
