  • The Corporate - level strategy - This strategy involves the board of directors , executive leaders and the stakeholders. This strategy address the issues of networking the health organization with other related health bodies to ensure proper dissemination of health services. The strategy also focuses the nursing staffing to ensure that nurses provide an effective service to the patients without bias. The corporate strategy also focuses on the managements of resources to esnure that no embezzlements of funds in the organization and to provide resources such as machines and personal protective fgears for the health workers.

Identify any current or potential issues within the organizational culture and discuss how these issues may affect aspects of the strategic plan.

  • Discrinimination - when patients are descrimanated due to their race or color in service delivery, This will make to be strategic plan for future growth of the organization unable to be fulfilled.
  • Internal Conflicts -The conflicts between the nurses or between the nurses and the patients may result to ineffective delivery of service due to hate. This will hinder the achievement of the planned goals and mission to be achieved.
  • Working hours - The caregivers conflicts on the working hours as some like night shifts and others day shifts. Failure to properly arrange them or distribute them among the nurses causes them to disagree with one another.
