At what times of day, or during what activities, do you experience mental chatter? How does this impact the tasks you are trying to complete?
Mental chatter can occur at any time of a day depending upon what type of the work done
For example:
If a boss assigns a work just half an hour before the end of the shift. It chatters the mind completely first getting angry on the boss, followed by iritatation, blaming the boss and trying to complete the assigned task before the shift ends.
This can have a great impact in the task performed like poor and lack of concentration and result in low quality work, error, confusion, stress and finally delay or prolong the work time to complete the task. The task though completed may be not satisfactory or not up to the expectation of the boss due to mental chatter. So it is very essential to maintain balance of mind with simple techniques like good and adequate sleep, meditation, relaxation therapy ,massage to donate assigned activities correctly and completely.
