• Don't maintain a strategic distance from the spots where you encountered fits of anxiety beforehand. Rather, accumulate boldness, have the challenging to get into those spots by making slow strides. Like for instance, in the event that you froze in a vehicle, first remain close to a vehicle until your dread evaporates, at that point sit in the standing vehicle until your dread disappears, at that point get the vehicle moving at exceptionally low speed, at that point, later on, continue expanding the speed. At last, take the vehicle on an expressway and see that your dread has evaporated totally.

Similarly, quit maintaining a strategic distance from circumstances where you encountered fits of anxiety. Make little advances and open yourself to the circumstances that make you restless and at every single strides continue lessening your feelings of trepidation.

• Now the most significant thing. Quit opposing the sensations you feel in fits of anxiety. Pursue Universal Panic Law referenced previously.
