a. Drugs should have different mechanisms of action.

It is the greatest benefit of combination drug therapy in cancer because different chemo drugs affect the cancer cell in different time of the cycle and in a different way so, its decrease the resistance of cancer cell which decreases the chance of survival of cancer cells.

d. Overlapping toxicity among the agents should be minimal.

It is the main focus during the use of combined chemotherapy because of its increases the chance of drug interaction, which becomes toxic for the body. so, it's very important that Overlappping toxicity among the agents should be minimal.
