Diabetes is a chronic condition in which it requires a life long management to keep it under control.

Compliant patient Non-compliant
  • They have a positive approach in managing the blood glucose level
  • Keep a regular track on blood glucose levels as oer the suggestions
  • The A1C is maintained less than 6
  • They exercise regularly atleast half an hour a day in the early morning
  • They maintain a steady weight
  • The risk for other health conditions are very low
  • They often have a negative approach in managing the blood glucose level
  • They hardly track the blood glucose level
  • The A1C levels are above 6
  • They hesitate to do exercise on regular basis
  • Weight management is poor .There are high chances of obesity in these patients
  • The risk for other health conditions are very high
