Normal eating patterns include persons who eat food when they are hungry and eat untill they are satisfied.Normally normal eating patterns is three meals per day where as disordered eating patterns include people who eat abnormally than others they undergo restrictive diet,binge eating,compulsive eating etc it may causes several health related complications.

2)If people does not maintain healthy diet and eats as much as they can without thinking of the food they are consuming then this behaviour may morph from normal to disordered eating patterns.Eating all the time,junk food etc may result in overweight and woyhowi controlling the urge to eat as their heart desire may change their eating pattern.

3.Orthorexia Nervosa is an unhealthy obsession of eating healthy food.It may lead to malnutrition because they does not see the quantity of the food and the obsession may cause health problems such as Anemia.
