In retail markets the products are available at slightly higher prices because of the longer supply chain of the manufacturer wholesaler retailer distributor all their profit margins make the product relatively costlier due to which people are getting attracted towards the online shopping companies. These companies provide the product directly from manufacturers to consumers without the interference of the mediators and by this both the parties online shopping companies as well as costumers both settle for higher margins as customer is getting discount over the market rate and the company is getting higher profits after giving discounts also. The larger the market the higher the profit that's why India has become an important growth market for online shopping companies.
