1.The patient who has to be sent to OT in next 15 minutes to be addressed first and the formality to be completed. This can be done by LPN

The patient who is in need of mobilization from bathroom can be assisted by a UAP to make the patient comfortable and stop his yelling sound

mastectomy pain syndrome often experienced by mastectomy patients who needs support and education on it .This is to be done by UAP in edicating the patient

The UAP can assist the patient in feeding then

The surgeon can be assisted for dressing

The LPN has to check with the pre-op cholecystectomy patient and help to relieve her symptoms

The discharge summary has to be explained by a LPN

2.LPN

  • Has to do preoperative preparation and then send the patient to OT
  • Help the preop-cholecystectomy patient because IV cephalexin can lead to nausea and other symptoms make patient to request for medication
  • Explain the discharge summary to the patient

3.UAP

  • First mobilize the patient from bathroom and make him comfortable
  • Feed the patient
  • Assist in dressing
  • Educate the post mastectomy patient
