Determining clinical privileges to particular health care providers is an important aspect of the credentials process. it needs complexity and level of care needed by the patient, training documentation, competency applied for the particular procedure. it should be a uniform application for the different practice. the doctor should document sufficient training through a supervised program. it is based on performing certain procedures under supervision until the providers perform such procedure safely without supervision.
