I am studying to become a Health care administration Asking the right questions based on the final paper is essential for a successful interview. This is an opportunity to learn about a local healthcare facility. This week, submit: the name, title, and general job responsibilities of the individual you will be interviewing; the name of the facility; and a list of at least 10 questions that provide information you will include in your final project. 1. planning (set direction and determine what needs to be done. Also set priorities and determine performance targets)
2. organizing (overall design of the organization or the specific division, unit or service. Designing reporting relationships and intentional patterns of interactions. Determine positions, teamwork assignments, and distribution of authority and responsibility)
3. staffing (getting and keeping human resources. Also developing maintaining the workforce through various strategies and tactics
4. controlling (monitoring the staff and their performance + take action to increase performance)
5. directing (start action in the org through effective leadership and motivation through communicating with subordinates)
6. decision making (making effective decisions based on consideration of benefits and drawbacks of the alternatives)
