• CVS:tachycardia or bradycardia ,pain,palpitations
• CNS: dizziness, drowsiness
• GIT:nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation,abdominal pain, anorexia
• Respiratory:difficulty in breathing,cough
• Musculoskeletal:pain,jitters
• General:edema ,ankle swelling, foot swelling,light sensitivity, weakness ,increased weight gain
• Sensory:blurring of vision

Diuretics

1.The main prototype of loop of henle diuretics is furosemide .In simple it blocks the exchange of sodium, potassium and chloride in the ascending loop of Henle.As a result the excess potassium is excreted .This is called as kaliuresis
