Childrens are more sensitive their signs and symptoms are most unpredictable and the care delivered should be more accurate ,advance and in a cautious way to prevent any complications. Their problems has to be mostly identified by the healthcare professionals be ause childrens lack the capacity to describe or express their needs when they are sick.Seeing and caring then often leads to an emotional disturbance first and if not tackled effectively at first will lead to mental exhaustion. The continuous hardwork for the betterment of the child can lead to physical pain.All this contribute to stress in the job.Some of the wzys yo best handle it are

  • Taking adequate break or off as per the schedule in order to relax physically and mentally
  • Having a thorough clinical and theoretical knowledge in regards to the disease condition and continuing education to be updated
  • Plan in ahead
  • Get support from the colleagues or inform supervisor to seek help when physically or emotionally in a stress to avoid errors
  • Do not do procedures without knowledge about it and cause harm to the patient.
