To know about any Computer we need to go to the SYSTEM PROPERTIES of the computer.
To view the system properties we can do it as follows.
1. On the desktop go to My Computer icon and right click it.
2. Now click on properties.
A window will be opened with basic information of the system in which the details like windows edition, processor, RAM, system type, computer name etc. are available.
We can also open this window in the below way.
1. Open My Computer.
2. Click on System Properties available in the horizontal menu in the page.
To know about the hard drive, we just need to click on My Computer.
A window opens with C Drive, D Drive etc with all the drives available with the computer.
We can know the information about each drive by selecting it.
The total space available with all the Hard Disk Drives in the system gives the size of the hard drive.
