when the peripheral nervous system is compared to cental nervous system, there are which much difference we observe. The CNS meant for information analysis and decision maker for a particular singal or stimulus. CNS is made up of mass of neurons along with glial cells(microglial, ependymal, oligodensrocytes, astrocytes). After this PNS is only a carrier of that signal to give relative action or response. Though the neurons are present in both CNS and PNS, the latter we observe sensory and Motor nerves seperately coming out of the brain and spinal cords. We can also observe a mixed kind of nerve where it is made up of both Sensory and Motor nerves. In PNS Glial cells are specialised as Schwann cells and satellite cells.
