INTRODUCTION :- Angela Grimke and Catherine Beecher both have given own particular views regarding the Voices of Freedom,but when we look through it more specifically then we realize that both have complete opposite thoughts regarding women considering their freedom,in every regard of life,and more importantly with respect to political aspect and the involvement in any sort of career or occupation.
HOW DO THESE TWO DEFINITION OF WOMEN'S FREEDOM DIFFER FROM ONE ANOTHER?
Angela Grimke was in completely favor of women empowerment.She believed as the other men of society are being provided with utmost privilege of ruling the city,getting involved in various business and even take control of government and public affairs,in the similar manner women should be provided with authority regarding the same.She believes in the concept of no-discrimination among men and women,and does not fear to speak about it publicly,and demand the freedom that women deserve.
On the other hand,the views of Catherine was completely different from this,she believed that women should never comes out in the public and speak in front of numerous people,because it is not where the women actually belongs.She thinks that main duty of women is to take the responsibility of the loved ones,and do it appropriately,rather involving in those things,which are more suitable for men.
