Have you ever felt that another person’s behavior toward you reflected cultural bias on the basis of your ethnicity, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, lifestyle, or other factors? What seemed biased about the person’s behavior, and how did you respond?

Yes I often see that being a male most people often see me in driving seat in comparison to women colleagues. It us biased in the sense that in reality both male and females are equal and have their own pros and cons but people generally give more importance to men. I have not followed their directions and have openly expressed my views against patriachy
