The stakeholders to the Florida International University (F.I.U) are its Students, S.A.A.C staff (Student-Athlete Academic Center staff) and the Coaches.

These stakeholders are accountable to each other for the well being and Athlete's success at F.I.U. The student-athletes, Student-Athlete Academic Center staff and coaches have certain commitments and duties towards the F.I.U athletes.

As student-athletes, they should ensure to attend all classes unless away for sports and are supposed to have excellent conduct in academics as well as behavior. They are supposed to be role models for the university and also the juniors.

As SAAC staff, they should help the student-athletes to perform all their academics, have proper attendance and support for sports. They should have proper plans for student-athletes to attend classes as well as sports competitions.

As coaches, they should help the students-athletes to perform their studies as well as do well in the sports competitions.

The student-athletes, SAAC staff and coaches are dependent on each other for the success and well being of FIU athletics.
