The stakeholder of urban planning are :-

1) environment / climate department

Let's us know about the climate of that particular locality because it effects everything a lot. For example, houses are made differently everywhere according to the climate of that place.

2) Energy planning department

This is very important as through this,  the energy is provided which is most important thing urban planning.

3) energy provider.

For example in historical times, the spices of energy was oil and was provided by vendors.

4) Urban planning department.

This whole planning is done by this department.

5) housing association

Houses are one of the most important part of urban planning and housing association plans about it and executes it.
