It includes investigation and analysis of the patient adverse incidents, measurement to reduce the risk. It provides training and education of CRNA and other ailed health professionals. staffing in the recovery area to provide observation to ensure patient protection and privacy and prohibiting unlicensed persons to assist in a surgical procedure, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of organization protocols and accurate information about the patient incidence. patient grievance program to address grievance and communication processes. incidence reporting system and risk management program are responsible for governing bodies. Internal risk management program includes investigation, findings, action plans, and incident outcomes.
Health care management focuses on an important role in patient safety and reduces medical errors that ensure organization ability and help to achieve the goal.
