Can you please help me tweak this clinical research question? It should follow the PICOT format. Here it is: In the inpatient population, does the implementation of a PICC team compared to a standard of care decrease the rate of CLABSI?

picc stands for peripherally inserted central catheter and Clabsi For central line associated blood stream infection.

picc is mostly associated with hospital length of stay,no of device lumen and icv status.

policy and procedural oversight targeting these factors may be necessary to reduce risks of these adverse outcomes .we will see how introduction of pics team as compare to standard care will reduce incidence of clans in PICOT format

patient population:it refers population /patient developing cabsi

Intervention:

introduction of picc team I.e vascular nursing team and interventional radiologist

.standard aseptic precautions,maximal sterile barrier and2%chlorhexidine gluconate for skin discontamination.

.portable USG device to identify suitable vein.

.Routine device and site check.

.Catheter should be flushed with 10 ml saline daily.

Comparison: compared with control group in which no such interventions are used.

outcomes:

Decreased incidence of clabsi in patients where picc nursing interventions were used.
