Health care organizations to be reorganized for achieving a publicly funded universal health system and to takeover policy framework within the government to organize the health system. The barrier to reorganization includes lack of integration of health service, inadequate assessment of community needs and improper use of health services, poor leadership, etc. As an effective health care leader they need to understand the issues and change process involves in the process and they should know how to manage changes. Developing new organization structures and shared vision by helping employees and other stakeholders and making active teams with new organization structures can succeed in an organization. improve stakeholder skills and knowledge with adequate training that should involve them in organization quality and safety. A detailed communication plan, a comfortable environment, engage them in the change process, provide good information throughout the process help increase success to the organization.
