Answer #1

Drug that mimic or inhibit autonomic nervous system ( Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems) are known as Autonomic system drugs. That includes cholinergic agonist and antagonist ( Drugs that stimulates and inhibit parasympathetic nervous system) and Adrenergic agonist and antagonist ( Drugs that stimulates and inhibit sympathetic nervous system).

β2 adrenoreceptor are present in the pulmonary tissue, which is responsible for bronchoconstrction (upon inhibition of β2 adrenoreceptor) and dilation (upon Stimulation of β2 adrenoreceptor).

Thus, generally non-selective beta-blockers (β-antagonists) are contraindicated in patent with pulmonary disorders because that cause bronchocontriction and worsen pulmonary condition.
