1. Because of this type of surgery the women will not be able to reproduce and give birth for her rest of the life and also she will have to face many hormonal fluctuations related reactions and psychological problems which will affect her day to day life .

The other treatment options are :-

- chemotherapy

- radiation therapy

- metronomic therapy

2. The nursing care provided to the patient when she teaches medical surgical unit are :-

- provision of patient care which include procedures like vital assessment , dressing , prevention of infection , fluid therapy , IV medication administration

- provision of psychological and emotional support

- provision of health education about the post surgical management

- Teaching about medication compliance , side effects and warning signs and when to reach hospital in case of emergency .

3. Discharge instructions include :-

- health teaching about medication compliance

- advise her not to take weights for 6 weeks to avoid tear

- advice patient for bed rest for 3 weeks

- caution patient about hormonal changes like fushing , vaginal dryness , irritation etc and contact physician for these complaints.

- teach patient and caregiver about how to do dressing by maintaining hygiene by using personal protective equipment to prevent infection .

- advice patient to take diet rich in protein and vitamin C for early healing , and to increase fluid intake to avoid constipation

- teaching patient to change position every 2 hourly and use comfort devices like pillow etc to avoid constipation and deep vein thrombosis.
