1. a. As June bright has undergone for the surgery of vaginal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo oophorectomy she will not become pregnant and cannot give birth to the child as long as she lives, also she will undergo for the harmonal imbalances in her body, as a result she will face many psychological problems which will demotivate her inner strength and may worsen her day to day activities. She will undergo for menopause, insomnia, blood clots, infections, urinary tract infections and more. The treatment options for her condition is administering of antibiotic treatment as advised by the physician.

b. The nursing care to be provided to the patient is as follows - assess for any signs of hemorrhage, checking vital signs every 4th hourly, maintain intake and output chart, observe for bowel and bladder sounds, encourage patient to perform deep breathing and coughing exercises, assess for the presence of complications like infections, shock and hemorrhage, motivate to use incentive spirometer, educate the patient to avoid for physical activities at least for some weeks, educate to splint the abdomen, motivate the patient to express her feeling as there will be harmonal changes in her body.
