Answer: ACA is the Affordable Care Act which was passed to provide healthcare insurance to most of the people. It was passed so that everyone can avail the benefits of the healthcare services by insuring themselves. It also provides subsidise to lower or the middle class family.

The major benefit of the ACA is that it reduces the cost of healthcare. It will result in to improved and experienced staff and healthcare professionals.

The major threat from ACA is to the insurance company as reduced cost may led to decrease profit for the insurance providers.
