1.I have been a nurse for nearly 3 years

2.I work in inpatient health care delivery system.

3.Several historical events played an major role in nursing practice.As wars and the outbreak of several diseases increased the nursing practice in more clinical setting and several equipments and technology improved the quality of the practice.Society and political events also increases as the health of people is most important for the growth of the society and in turn helps the government. Economic events also have a major role as economy increase caused the increase of the quality of the service.All the factors effecting the nursing practice.

4.The major challenge a faced in providing quality care to the patient who have problems due his religious diversity and the patient did not cooperate with us to provide quality care saying that it is wrong towards his religion.

5.One should always remember that we should not forget our goals and it may be difficult to achieve our goals but hardwork and dedication helps us in achieving anything.We can help people.In many places people who provide care and treatment is seen as God.Providing care is the highest act of humanity.
