There are three basic principles for resolution of conflict on workplace , that is based upon the analytical approach are:

  • Model Idealism: It is based upon distinction between good and bad or what is acceptable what is not.
  • Utilitarianism : There is no clear distinction between good and bad ,its focus on the situation or on the outcome.
  • Intuitionism: It is based upon the assumption of the leader or manager is competent enough to understand the seriousness of the situation and act accordingly.
