I am doing a paper on a change theory and I'm using Lewin's 3 step. I am trying to change the way we care for the transgender population. asses the factors that are likely to affect the implementation of recommend activities, and also identify evidence based rationals to propose how to address them. using lewins change theory. what stakeholders would be involved?
Kurt Lewin change theory model is a three step process.
1. Unfreezing
2. Changing
3. Refreezing
Paper work you are doing to assess the transgender population is by Refreezing which is Step 3.
Factors that are affected in terms of transgenders are
1. Liberation
2. Stigmatization
3. Equality
Refreezing mainly deals with the stabilization of a person after change.

I would very much appreciate any leads, aid, or description on what I've done right and wrong. Thanks! #include <iostream> using namespace std; //Description: Function...

The major change is that I removed focus from the third question which probably is a purely mathematical question (in the notation below, it asks what properties of (M,T) together with (M,T) being consistent, forces (M,T) to be unique.). Say that a...
