Religious care are now a days more common in healthcare sector but still when it comes to legal principles it is over ridden.Certain legal principles like mandatory vaccines is an all time conflicts .Abortion as a life saving procedure when it comes to save the life of mother who has complicated pregnancy or a fetus which is with congenial anomalies and very poor survival rate after birth needs to be terminated as a beneficence both for the mother and fetus.
The bigger conflicts arising when a person needs a life saving procedure like blood transfusions, surgery or transplantation may not accept because of their religious practices and beliefs.
The apostatic nature can lead to dilemma in making a medical decision. When this us not followed it can lead to medico legal conflicts.
