1, Integrated conflict management system used to manage external conflict with customers, clients, and the public. workers, managers, professionals, groups, and teams as stakeholders they identify, prevent and resolve the problem. Each guideline provide guidance makes experimentation and understanding how to design and implement the system best. Each organization design separately for its special needs and culture. There is no specific integrated conflict management system fit for all organizations. each principle critical for the process for a system as a whole including privacy protection, voluntariness, confidentiality, quality, training and impartiality of neutrals, prohibition, diversity and accessibility, respect for the bargaining agent, statutory non-reclusion and workplace right.
2, All unionized organizations, government agencies, medium to large size non-union organizations and some organizations follow the interest-based process, integrated conflict management system grievance process and mediation introduce system approach to preventing, resolving conflict and managing conflict.
3, Managing the system needs communication among critical stakeholders. The regular meeting can increase coordination and communication.
4, Persons internal independent confidential neutral function is important. organization policy protects the confidentiality of employees.
