Wrongful life refers to the birth of a child with disability and their legal parents or guardian is subjected to liability

Wrongful conception refers to birth of healthy baby in unplanned pregnancy and can be claimed legally by the parents

The moral dilemma existing here is what will be the future of the child born through theses concepts either for the sake of money or by negligence. This can lead to many birth defect child if one parents is provided benefits through law without a solid reason and this can pave a way for others parents to do so for some benefits.

Partial birth abortion refers to the delivery of a fetus when they are able to survive or doing terminating a fetus during or after second trimester . Some arguments can favor this in order to save the life of mother in case of any high risk pregnancy or detection of any major congenital anomalies on the fetus.It is against by killing a fetus which can survive even with disability.

The main controversy here is the embryonic stem cell destruction in case of stem cell research. This is a form of ending g a viable life before allowing it to grow.
