In health care we require all of the above options for proper health care management and patient management. Consumer information access is required as patients and their family need to know the health care procedures carried out by the health care practitioners like doctors, nurses and physiotherapists. Consumer decision making is very important as they need to know whether they want to proceed with the procedures advised by the doctor by taking into consideration the risk involved. Behaviour management is very important as everyone's behaviour must be monitored in a health care facility. Meaningful use of provision and also patient access to health information is very essential. They should be able to access whatever information is required by them. Communication should be a two way process from patient to doctor and doctor to patient. There should be open and clear understanding about what is being carried out at the health care facility.
