Answer: Healthy diet reduces the risk of chronic disease and illness. It keeps body fit and fine. As proper diet along with exercise eliminate the risk of obesity. Obese people are more prone to cardiovascular disease, diabetes etc. Hence one should adopt Healthy diet.

The diet should be consist of various nutrients which provides energy and nourishment to our body. Foods that one should include in their diet such as green vegetables, spinach, broccoli. Carrots and as well as tomatoes. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants hence reduces the risk of free radical bonding. Fruits such as apples as it is rich in vitamins, which provides nourishment for our eyes, hair as well as skin. Iron, calcium as well as all the essential nutrients should be covered in every day meals. Proteins such as fish, chicken , pulses provides sufficient amount of proteins. Diary products such as yogurt, milk provides calcium and makes bone strong.

Reduce the intake of caffeinated beverages, smoking as well as alcohol consumption. This will eliminate the risk of disease development. So, the proper diet can result in to better outcomes and eliminate the risk of disease development. The intake of omega fatty acids will reduce the risk of heart diseases.
