1.one very famous quote is 'you are what you eat our bodily constitution and mental atmosphere are determined according to how and what we eat'it is very truly said that our body depends on what we eat today so food matters a lot for proper functioning of our body so it is necessary to take a proper diet from a proper food plan .there are various type of food plan that we adapted today and having a lots of dietry trends such as ketogenic diet it is one of the very famous dietry plan that we accepted today some more dietry trends are whole 30 diet,low -foodmapdiet,the mediterranean diet and the mind or dash diet these are some dietry trends that we follow today .some of them are highly accepted.                                                                                                                                                    In ketogenic ditery plan-we eat low carb vegetables that contain a less amount of carbohydrates ,cheese ,eggs,and also some sea food included like small fishes and yoghurt also include .but everything have some pros and cons''''''so ketogenic diet also having some negative side it also have a long term effect ,if we take extreme amount of this diet it may cause harm to our kidney or may cause kidney stones and also disturb the metabolism of our body amd increse blood sugar level and also cause bone diseases osteoporosis.but it also having some advantages such as it help in loosing weight reduce appetite and also help to improve body cholestrol level.                               2. basically ,it was well known that our ancestors depend upon the raw food because there is no cooking system are present on that time and they are not aware about it so they totally depends on raw food .this raw food may be in the form of plant part and may be it is an animalm.they obtain their calorie from meat because that time they dont have much information about dairy products .food may be vary from place to place such as british ancestors depends upon a typicall type of soup called pottage made from beans ,peas ,oats .they also eat pigs ,sheep and many such type of small animals .                                                                                                                 mexican also depends upon raw food and also depends upon plant products such as beans, chia ,potato ,chilli pepper,etc so these are some common food type which influence our ancestors.                                                    3.our diet depend on our need ,diet may vary from person to person or to state to state because different persons have different body demand if one person is fatty it have some different dietry planns than those persons which are thin and slim so diet depends on person neds .one such diet that is adopted by every person that is a balance diet . a balance diet must includded in our dietry plan because it fulfill the needs of a person balance diet include vitamins ,minerals ,fat ,protein ,carbohydrates.but these food present in our diet in equal proportion so it is called balance diet .balance diet is a diet that helps to maintain or improve overall health it help to provide nutritional value to our body also give a proper amount of energy it also regulate blood sugar level and also prevent us from hunger so from this we can say the current diet that we explore today is beneficial for us.
