Ans. Calories during pregnancy 300 kcal /day add the normal woman calorie.

Macronutrients calcium increase because of fetus formation of skeleton system and increase level of oestrogen .

Micronutrients :- iron and fe because of during pregnancy cause the anemia

10-12 glass of water drinking daily  

Avoided vitamin a or papaya

Lifestyle change proper sleeping and daily giving healthy diet

Avoided french food
