I V Fluid ordered for 8 hours = 1000ml

for 8 hours the drip rate = flow rate * drop factor

flow rate = volume/time

At .5h30 mts 600ml is over, Hence 400ml remains to give in 2h30mts(150mts)

As 1ml =20drops, required drops / mts=400*20/150=53.33gtt/mts

Therefore option (d) is the answer
