1. EVIDENCE-

A.Something that makes clear indication of sign.

Ex.- Patient looks flushed indicate that he has fever.

B. In law data presented to a court or jury in proof of the facts in issue and which may include the testimony of witnesses, records, documents, or objects.

Ex- Police submitted a knife in court which have the finger print of the murderer on it as evidence.

2. IGNORANCE- it means lacks of knowledge, understanding or information about something.

Ex.- patient having stressed because of  ignorance about the surgery which is going to perform on him.

3. Incompetence- it means inability to do any specfic work.

Ex.- A nurse who is working in medical ward setting is feel incompetence in working in the operation theatre setting.

4. Beneficence -it is the quality or state of doing or producing good.

Beneficence is an ethical principle that addresses the idea that a nurse's actions should promote good.

Ex.- A nurse must be beneficence for his patient.

5.Negligence - A. failure to take proper care over something.

B.the fact of not giving enough care or attention to someone or something.

Ex- Baby Rahul was born with severe cerebral palsy, due to hospital negligence.

6. Malpractice- failure of a professional person, as a physician or lawyer, to render proper services through reprehensible ignorance or negligence or through criminal intent, especially when injury or loss follows.

Ex.-An obstetrician in Hillsborough County in Florida failed to perform a C-section in a timely manner, resulting in serious injuries to the baby, and the family won a verdict of $38,750,000.

7.Assault- make a physical attack on someone.

Ex- "he pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer"

8.Battery -battery is the intentional violation of a patient's right to direct their own medical treatments.

Ex-Assault The unlawful placing of an individual in apprehension of immediate bodily harm without his/her consent
Battery The unlawful touching of another individual without his consent
