social workers work with individuals and families to help improve outcomes in their lives. This may be helping to protect vulnerable people from harm or abuse or supporting people to live independently. Social workers support people, act as advocates and direct people to the services they may require .social workers often work in multi-disciplinary teams alongside health and education professionals

when it comes to :

physical /sexual abuse

These are the most common issues social workers come across. Social workers are easily accessible to the people so that victims can be reported .victim are safe in the social worker's hands. He is able to act effectively as he has strong links with responsible authorities.

eg: domestic violence towards children and women, child sexual abuse

maltreatment

social workers must report the violations or self-report any of their own violations of the ethical practice laws and rules.

eg; children being hit by family or any other person,(injury, noticed any marks on their body), isolating people(psychological maltreatment)

unusual behavior indicators

these issues need to report because it may harm others.in addition social workers can be stopped abuse by. reporting these kinds of issues. he can able give appropriate education and help them to lead normal life

eg: sporadic temper tantrums, punish other children, unnecessary fear of strangers

financial irregularities

social works can report financial irregularities and help people to solve their problems.through that he can save others's future.

eg: theft, misappropriation of funds
