8.Family member carer

?Dementia patients have many clinical manifestation s like, memory loss, confusion, anxiety, delutions, criminal behaviour, etc. So mainly they have memory loss, so the family members should help them in each and every aspect. Caregiver should nake a good environment for patient. It can made by

Labelling each medicines for, write important things on a notebook for make idea to patient, explain the toilet procedures to patient , provide a good nutritious diet, conduct simple communication which can understandable to patient, avoid long conversation because patient will get communication, make regular sleeping routine,make the interesting recreational activities for patient,, don't keep any hazarodous things near to patient.

Professional care

The patient in hospital should get very carefull treatment. Dementia patientvdhoukd not keep under restraints, because it may make them more aggressive sometimes. Nurse should make a good IPR with patient, she should communicate with patient in a simple way. Nurse shoukd make them engage in some recreational activities, don't give them time for think more, because that will lead you mood change. Label the medicines, and don't keep sharp instruments near to patient. Practice the patient for toilet routines, feeding routines and sleeping routines.
