If you had to create a team of members from the hospital to carry out the requirements below, who would be on your team and what would their responsibilities be?

Team of Membes and their responsibilities

1. Medical director, Chief medical officer, Medical superintendent, Nursing superintendent, Chief administrative officer, HR manager, PRO, Experienced professionals in Public Health Management preferably MPH Degree holders, Professionals in Hospital Administration preferably in MHA Degree holders, Nursing staffs (male and female), IT manger, Fire safety officers, Security Officer, Lift operating coordinator/operator, etc.

Responsibilities of Medical dpctors, Public health and Administration and nursing staff members are to check the patients, staffs, and other people coming in the hospital regarding their health, any comminucable diseases, social conditions and hygene conditions. Other members have to check the security needs and conditions regarding their own subject and prepare a detailed record.

3. The administration manager, House keeping manager, Public information officer, Infection control officer, fire safety officer and the waste management and disposal co-ordinator will be the members. Responsibilites will be take steps and action to eliminate and minimize safety and security risks.

5. Members will be the Biomedical Instrumentation Head / Engineer with Instrumentatiion technicians and Medical documnetation manager, RSOs and one adminstration staff with one senior staff of all medical departments. Responsibilities to be check all the equipments and maintain the quality assurances in time. Equipment hazards, Radiations hazards should be avoided.

7 & 8. Public health coordiantor, IT Coordinator, HR Manager, Social worker/PRO, Fire safety officer, Security Officer, Lift operator Head/coordinator, etc will be the members. Responsibilities are to maintain good CCTV system to monitor every individual entering the hospital and also digital monitoring of all areas, corners, every departments, in the entire hospital locality.

9,10, & 11: The HR Manager, Public relations manager, Emergent medicine Head, Risk Management officer, House keeping manager, Medical documentatiion manager, Security officer, Fire safety officer, Lift operating staff, etc will be members. Responsibility is to notice clear cut the instructions about the safety in the haspital areas. Clear guidelines should be displayed in the hospital notice boards how to do if any security incident occurs.

14. MRI Radiologist, Medical Director, MRI Technologist, RSO, Bio Medical Instrumentaion Head, Nursing Staff (Male and female), Security officer, Fire safety officer, etc will be the members. Responsibilities is to educate the patients about their MRI examination test regarding the preparation, time, procedures, acoustic noises inside the MRI room while scanning, the safety measures to be followed in the MRI room, etc. In anxiety, claustrophobia and mental disordered patients certain drugs or counselling may be given by the concerned doctor, technologist and nursing staffs. Check alll the patients regarding the metal implants, foriegn devices and any other ferromagnetic objects.
