As a manager, if you had a situation where two or more staff members had issues communicating with each other, would you arrange one-on-one meetings, a group meeting, or a combination of both? What approach would you take in order to successfully resolve the communication barriers? How would you apply active listening skills as a manager, as well as apply the appropriate body language and use of other non-verbal skills in communicating with other staff members? Why is it important to find someone in the medical office who can be a team player as well as have the credentials needed to perform the tasks at hand?

Whenever we are working in a team , it is very important to have a good communication between team members.

In above case two or more members have a difficulties in a communication. To find out a solution let's first find out where is the problem?

1. Ego problem

2. Post problem

3. Work problem

4. Understanding problem

5. Other

As a manager it's your responsibility to solved communication problem between member because success of company is depend on each and every employee.

First things you have to do is the calmness and call the person and meet one to one and first listen to him.

Second things tell how he is important for organization and then same time tell him everyone is also important.

Same call second person and told him we are here for success and growth.

After this meet in combination with members and solved the matter without shouting on each other.

A good communication is a strong piller of organization for growth. It is very important to complete the work, and it is depend on clear cut communication.

In this you must have to understand the task and same time your employees also.

To understand you use body language , charts and videos, because finally understanding is most important.
