The team leader introduced herself and had requested for team members introduce themselves and answer at least one of the following three questions:

Answer #1

As a project manager, meeting a new team for the first time can be nerve-racking. She has to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly and that you establish your leadership, but you need to do this without destroying the team's culture or dynamic or trampling on its achievements.

In the present scenario,  Gail is the project manager tasked to install a nursing documentation application. She is planning on bringing all of the team members together for an introduction.

Surely we can say that she is an effective project manager why because during her class she discovered a sufficient time to get the attention of the team members by asking some funny questions relating to their behavior or lifestyle, thus the members of the team get great attention and good relation during the next session of the topic.

Thus we can say that the meeting was effective
