Question 3. .Commonly used Immunosuppression drug for Multiple sclerosis was Azathioprine.(I'm ur an)

Mechanism of action was Azathioprine inhabits purine synthesis.Purines are needed to produce DNAand RNA.By inhibiting purine synthesis less DNA & RNA are produced for the synthesis of White blood cells,thus cause supression of immune system.Inturn it reduce self destruction of own cells..

Question 4. All of the test results represent that abnormal reports .But C- reactive protein was very high so Doctor may concentrate first on C- Reactive protein(option b.) Next to that he concentrate on A/A ratio.

A. Normal level of A/A ratio that was Arterial and alveolar rage was 75%

B.C-Reactive protein normal level was Below 3.0 mg/l

C.Antinuclear bodies test positive indicates immuno suppression disorders.

D. Immunoglobulin low levels indicates that some types of leukemia,nephrotic syndrome,enteropathy and disease that affects muscles co ordination. Low level of IgA increase the Chance of auto immuno suppressive disorders.
