2. THREE DEGREE HEART BLOCK-

3. VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION - D ANSWER

ecg finding - In ventricular fibrillation the ECG finding are irregular p wave is not clear and QPR complex didnt formed properly

4. NORMAL RYTHM- OPTION A

ecg finding - regular cleared PQR complex formed which is move forward by normal P wave and other ECG measure are also normal like heart rate etc

5. VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA - OPTION C

ecg finding - QRS complex is completly upward or downward is the diagnostic feature of ventricular tachycardia and P wave is at different rate then PQR complex , presence of QS or Q wave in V6.
