Our body weight depends on many factors like physiological factors, psychological factors, lifestyle, and dietary patterns but lifestyles and diet plays a major role. So we can achieve a healthy weight by modifying our lifestyle and dietary pattern.

Key factors to achieving a healthy weight-

- Avoid sedentary lifestyle and maintain an active lifestyle, do Regular exercise ( It not only maintains our weight but also improves our immune system and regulates our endocrine hormones)

- Avoid stress and stressors (stress can be a major risk factor for an unhealthy weight gain because of it may elevate cortisol level in the body which can stimulate our appetite )

- Avoid saturated fat and trans fat in the diet

- Eat high protein and low carbohydrate diet

- Drink plenty of water especially half an hour before every meal
