a)Fever is a dangerous sign of dehydration.when your body doesnot have enough fluids it is hard to maintain a regular body temperature and this can lead to hyperthermia which means you need to drink more water to replenish the body.

Dehydration can cause nausea and this may lead to vomiting which may cause to lose more fluid from body.Dehydration leads to drop in blood pressure and as a result brain wouldnot get enough oxygen which leads to dizziness.

2) Assess the patient for other signs of dehydration.

3)Intravenous fluids should be provided.
