Answer #1

As we all know that hospice is the place to give supportive care to people in the final phase of a terminal illness and focus on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure. The goal is to enable patients to be comfortable and free of pain, so that they live each day as fully as possible. Since this hospice a non profit centre it is quite natural that many suggestions and different views might come. In order to solve this issue an whole body meeting must be called on behalf of all members including staffs. Every opinion from all members should be discussed carefully. Finally if one plan is supported by every members it could be implemented. If there is still different opinion we can put for voting. One member should be selected as a speaker in order to coordinate the meeting. The final decision should be explained to all members and the family members who donated the gift. If any members in this hospice centre still have any disagreement try to convince them again.
